Breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be served throughout the Training Programmes/ courses with vegetarian, vegan, and organic food, except on Sundays.
Sarvaguna Yoga School runs its own restaurant exclusively for yoga students. All Indian cuisines, especially Indian yogic meals are prepared here. The restaurant also caters for special dietary requirements.

Most of the ingredients are sourced from family-run local markets, and organic. There are certainly Indian flavours, but also lots of options like raw items.
Breakfasts include local tropical fruits, homemade yogurts, freshly-baked bread and South Indian breakfast
For lunch & dinner, expect some North & South Indian vegetarian dishes, as well as raw dishes, curries & salads.
